DIY Bathroom refresh

Our home was built in the 1970s and the whole style of the house reflects that. It was slightly remodeled when we moved in, but a lot of areas needed some extra love to make it all come together.

I was pregnant during this project too LOL and in full nesting mode! Funny enough, during pregnancy has been the time that I had the motivation to get things done.

Sticking with the same black and white theme that is in our entire home, I decided to paint a black accent wall to bring depth to the line of vision. This bathroom is somewhat of a funny shaped bathroom and highlighting the dimension that was already present in this space was the goal. Check out our YouTube video of the full transformation below!
